In this new era, home owners are accumulating more “stuff” than ever.  With today’s subdivision requirements, HOA and zoning restrictions gone are the days of the “outhouse” style of storage building.
             Today, storage buildings are being used in a wide array of uses (secondary garages, workshops, guest homes, etc) thus increasing the amount of space as well as the structural integrity that is required.  With such a variety of uses, code officials have thought it necessary to implement sections that will ensure the home owner a safe and well built unit.
             Courtyard Construction, LLC was created with these code updates in mind.  We have included the necessary updates and changes required to meet today’s codes and load demands that include virtually any use, including living conditions.  Though our competitors may boast of being in business longer, the antiquated styles of construction being used are unsafe and illegal based on current codes – yet they knowingly still provide this style of construction, leaving the customer between a rock and a hard place when dealing with the local ordinances.
